GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

This document contains the General Terms and Conditions of Contract which regulate the purchase and use of the service of access to the beach "La Pelosa" of Stintino, concluded between “LaPelosa Tickets", and the user and will be valid until 30 September 2023.

With the use of the online booking service and the telematic transmission of the purchase order, by virtue of which a contractual relationship is established between the parties, the customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe these general terms and conditions and the Disciplinary Regulations of the Municipality of Stintino, approved by Resolution of the Municipal Council no. 26 of 23/05/2018, to be considered an integral part of this information notice, declaring that they have read and accepted all the conditions contained therein.

BOOKING
The online booking system available on the website www.lapelosa-tickets.com is accessible by browsing and does not require any registration. The following data will be requested in order to complete the booking: first name, last name, email address.

On www.lapelosa-tickets.com it will be possible, subject to availability and costs, to book beach access.
Before placing the order and thus before confirming the reservation request, the customer will be given a summary of the total cost of the reservation, and the customer will be required to check that it is correct before proceeding to payment.

Once the payment has been made, the system will send the receipt with the reservation details by e-mail, which must be shown at the beach entrance to the staff.
It will be possible to have it viewed on your device and must be kept for the duration of your stay on the beach, as well as presented in the event of verification by the operators in charge.

Reservations may be made for a single day or for several days. In this case, payment shall be made in a lump sum for the entire period and may not be subject to modification, cancellation or refund.

BOOKING MODIFICATION CONDITIONS
It will not be possible to cancel a reservation made.
It will also not be possible to change the reservation made.

In the event of non-use of the reservation due to bad weather, high tide, storm surges or natural disasters, no refund, not even partial, of the amounts paid will be made.
Pursuant to Articles 47 and 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of contract, which is excluded for supplies relating to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

PRICES
The rate of € 10.00 (including VAT) per person, determined on a daily basis with the hours 08:00 - 18:00 includes entry to the beach and use of the toilets. The daily rate is a single rate and is not subject to hourly splitting.

Access is free for children under the age of 12, whose age may be verified by the operators in charge.

PAYMENT
The system adopted allows payment to be made exclusively by credit card enabled for purchases (VISA, MASTERCARD), which allows the order to be processed in real time and without additional costs.
Payment by PayPal is also possible.

BEACH USE
By concluding the contract and accepting the general terms and conditions of the contract, the Customer undertakes to comply with the rules of conduct, prohibitions and penalties provided for access to the beach by the "Regulations governing the use of state-owned maritime areas, the coastline and territorial sea areas included in the territory of the municipality of Stintino", issued and approved by the Municipality of Stintino with resolution no. 26 of 23/05/2018 to be understood as fully referred to herein and to which reference is made.
